You benefit us, so we will benefit you! We offer three outstanding health insurance coverages to choose from with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma ranging in price and level of coverage. You will qualify for coverage after 60 days of employment. Elemental covers 50% and sometimes more of your monthly premiums, depending on the cost of your personal plan premium. Dependent coverage is available, but not covered by the company. We also offer a solid dental plan with varied levels of coverage for your consideration at an affordable price.
We purchase a Cafeteria Plan each year so that any employee covered by our Health Insurance each year saves some money in taxes. Your income taxes will be calculated after your health premium deduction. More information on this benefit is available from our Office Manager.
A wonderful benefit to you is our retirement plan. We offer a SIMPLE IRA that is 100% vested, meaning you can take your funds out at any time. You may contribute to the plan, but are not required to. Elemental will contribute yearly and you will receive up to a 3% match on any contributions you make.
We use Cintas for uniforms and we cover 50% of your rental cost. This is a great benefit considering that Cintas washes your uniforms for you and returns them to the shop each week. You are never responsible for purchasing an article of clothing for work. This means your uniforms only cost you about $10 per week. This saves you time and money.
